We are delighted to share with you the outcome of our recent Catholic School Inspectorate Inspection, which took place on Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd May 2026.

We have received our final report and are immensely proud to announce that St Charles Borromeo has been judged to be 'Outstanding' overall, the highest grade possible. Even more remarkably, across the nine sub-categories within the three areas of inspection, eight were graded 'Outstanding'.

This represents a truly monumental achievement for our school community. It is a reflection of the unwavering commitment, care and dedication of our staff—not only in delivering high-quality education, but also in nurturing the spiritual and religious formation of every child during their time at St Charles Borromeo. Special thanks to Mrs Brown, who leads all three areas of Religious Education across the school. Her sustained excellence and leadership, with a 100% 'Outstanding' record during inspections over a number of years, has been instrumental in achieving this outcome.
