Waiting list applications for Reception Class (September 2020) should be made using the form below. 

The waiting list opens on 4th May 2020.

In light of current circumstances, families may prefer to scan the completed form and supporting documents and submit to the school office via email (info@stcharlesb.surrey.sch.uk).  Originals may be required once the office is open, but we will contact you should this be necessary.
